A violin-shaped cartel and bracket in red-tinted tortoiseshell veneer and brass fillets decorated with foliate scrolls. Gilt bronze ornaments with floral motifs, shells, acanthus leaves, festoons and clasps. It is surmounted by an allegory of Renommée. Circular gilt bronze dial with twelve white enamelled plates with Roman numerals. Partly Louis XV period. Movement marked "ROBLIN A PARIS".
